   Hi,

   Please can you help.

   I have a Griffin itrip connected to my ipod photo but I can’t seem to eliminate a permanent background buzzing sound when using it in my car. The buzzing sound increases when I turn up the volume on my car stereo and it’s not interference from a local station as I have the itrip tuned to 87.5 fm

   My car is a Audi A4 with Concert 2 stereo.

   Any ideas?

   Hi Kevin,

   Sounds like you have a faulty iTrip. We suggest that you send it back to the retailer where you bought it and get a replacement.

   When I connect my ITrip to my IPOD for radio tuning it does not come on and the IPOD is fully charged. What might be the problem?

   I’m about to buy my first Ipod – a third generation Nano – and would like a transmitter that will work with my home hi-fi and car stereo and give as good sound quality as I get from CDs. Ideally I’d like it to be able to plug into a normal, household power-socket, and into my car’s power socket.

   Any suggestions, please?

   When I connect my ITrip to my IPOD for radio tuning it does not come on and the IPOD is fully charged. What might be the problem?

   I have the same problem as Fain Peebles. I used my year and a half old Itrip last year, put it away fro a long time, and now my fully charged Ipod does not seem to activate the Itrip.

   I have an iPod classic and wanted to connect it to 2 music systems to provide the same music simultaneously in 2 rooms for a party. Would an iTrip do this? Also would the volume be affected has to be loud enough for a party.

   I have just bought an iTrip to listen to my IPOD music in the car. It works, playing all my IPOD music but with a very annoying and distracting beep that repeats every minute or so. Tried it in my wife’s car and exactly the same, even though I have tried several clear frequency settings. Feels like a waste of money, but maybe its another good US idea that doesn’t work in Northern Ireland. This is the second griffin device for the car, with the same beeping problem. Please help if you can
